Keystone & Palladian Combustor Cleaning

Assemble Tools: 5/32 inch allen wrench, 1/2 inch - wrench, & 7/16 inch wrench & socket or nut driver
Remove the Cover Plate - using the 5/32 inch Allen Wrench
Remove the Heat Shield  - Using the 7/16 inch wrench or nut driver
Lift & turn the heat shield - to remove it from the stove
Remove the shipping bolts with a 1/2 inch wrench - if you have not already done so. These bolts were for shipping purposes ONLY
Lift and turn the catalytic combustor to remove it -
Remove combustor fully for cleaning -
Using the shop vac or painters brush  - remove the fly ash from both sides of the combustor
Use a shop vac to remove fly ash from the interior -
Return the cleaned combustor to the stove -
Replace the heat shield to the combustor assembly -
Replace the cover plate on the stove -
